Margaret Madden - RIP
Since news of Margaret's passing last Friday we have all been in an incredible state of shock. Our loss will be immense.
Margaret Madden has been involved in Limerick ladies football for the last 10 years. She joined the Knockainey club first as a female helper and then as an officer.
She joined the county in 2017 and immediately went in as treasurer .
She has been a huge asset to Limerick LGFA over this period.
She had an unreal work ethic and was always a step ahead when work had to be done.
All work was done at a very high standard as Margaret always believed in no matter what you do or what you are involved in you do it to the best of your ability.
She was dedicated to her roles in the LGFA organisation.
She took great pride in her daughter Lorraine progressing through the years on the football pitch and her highlight was when she was involved in the team with Lorraine when Knockainey won the Feile All Ireland in 2018.
